Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the Sweet Dance Moves app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Permitted Use

You may use Sweet Dance Moves to:

• Save, organize, and review your personal dance moves and combinations
• Link to publicly available videos from third-party platforms
• Store local video recordings from your device
• Create and manage practice lists for personal use

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the App or any portion of it

User Content

All content you create within the App — including move names, tags, notes, and video links — remains yours. Your content is stored on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account. We have no ownership or access to your content.

Third-Party Content

The App allows linking to third-party videos (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party content and do not endorse it. Access to third-party content is subject to those platforms' own terms and availability.

Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content is governed by Google's advertising policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweet Dance Moves and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of data.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
